1. What data we collect

When you send us an inquiry or make a booking, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, and email address, plus your travel details (such as travel dates, destination, number of travellers, and room or package preferences).

For a booking, we may also ask for documents shared for booking purposes, such as passport details, passport copies, and photographs, where the airline, hotel, or visa operator needs them. We only ask for documents that are needed to prepare your quote or process your booking.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose only.

2. Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare quotes and process bookings: to check flight and hotel availability, to confirm prices in writing, to issue tickets and reservations, and to arrange visas through our licensed Umrah operator where applicable.

We also use your contact details to keep you updated about your inquiry or booking, and to answer your questions. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to your travel inquiry or booking.

3. How your data is stored

Your inquiry and booking details are stored in the agency database (Supabase), which is the system our team uses to manage inquiries, quotations, and bookings. Access is limited to our team members who need it to serve you.

We keep your data only for as long as needed to manage your booking and to meet our record keeping and legal obligations. Passport copies and documents shared for a booking are kept only as long as the booking and any related follow up require.

We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not share sensitive information, such as bank passwords, through WhatsApp or email.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data is shared only with the airlines, hotels, and the licensed Umrah operator involved in your booking, and only as needed to fulfil that booking. For example, an airline needs your name and passport details to issue a ticket, and a hotel needs your name and dates to hold a room.

We never sell your data to third parties, and we never share it for marketing by other companies.

5. No advertising trackers

This website uses no advertising trackers. We do not run third party advertising on this site, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with advertisers.

6. Your rights: correction and deletion

You can ask us to correct your details, or to delete your personal data, at any time. Email us at info@hassantravelandtours.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 301 4816976 and tell us what you would like corrected or deleted.

We will confirm once the correction or deletion is done. Please note that we may need to keep some records for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.

If you believe we have used your data incorrectly, please contact us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to raise the matter with the relevant authorities in Pakistan.
